Madagascar has the world’s fifth highest number of children out of school, and with falling investment in school infrastructure, it's education system is facing a crisis.

Separated from mainland Africa by 80 million years of evolution, it is a country like no other with around 90% of species here found nowhere else on earth.

The Sustainable Development Goals, or SDGs, are a collection of 17 interlinked global goals designed to be a "blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all".
